FORTS Ads Research Privacy Notice

About this notice

This notice describes the Google Ads keyword-research feature operated by Elite Aluminum Corporation for its FORTS team. It covers this local application’s Ads connection and keyword reports. It does not describe the company’s other applications or replace any separate website privacy notice.

Information accessed and used

With your Google authorization, the application uses the selected Google Ads customer ID, an optional manager account ID and reviewed keyword phrases to request aggregate Keyword Planner estimates from Google. Reports can include phrases and close variants, average and monthly search volumes, advertiser competition, bid estimates, targeting and the time of the report. We use these reports to evaluate search language and marketing priorities for FORTS. This feature does not request individual searcher identities, email content, contact lists or individual lead records.

Google permission

Google provides a broad Ads permission that can manage advertising. The current application limits its own requests to keyword-planning reads. Connecting does not start a keyword report; a team member must choose Refresh keyword data. The application has no campaign-creation, campaign-editing, budget-change or conversion-upload action.

Storage and access

Google authorization tokens and connection setup are stored in macOS Keychain on the designated computer. Saved keyword reports and report timing are kept in a local application database. The application does not return authorization tokens or the client secret to its browser screens. Team members with access to the local cockpit can view the saved keyword reports.

Data transmission

The application sends the account selection, keyword request and authorization information to Google to obtain the report. This Ads feature does not send its authorization tokens, account setup or saved Google Ads reports to the cockpit’s AI review service. It has no feature for publishing or selling those reports to outside users.

Retention and disconnection

The application keeps its latest saved keyword report until it is replaced or removed; it does not automatically delete Ads reports after a fixed period. A failed refresh keeps the prior report. Disconnecting removes this application’s saved Ads authorization tokens, but retains its account setup and existing keyword report. To revoke Google’s authorization as well, use the third-party connections controls in your Google Account.

Questions and removal requests

To ask about this feature or request removal of its saved Ads setup and reports, contact FORTS through the contact page or call 954-949-3200 and ask for the FORTS Ads Research administrator.
